These terms cover your use of dlvrai.ai. Work we do for clients is governed by a separate written agreement for each project; where the two differ, the project agreement wins.

Using this site

You may browse the site and contact us through it. You may not attempt to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or scrape it for commercial purposes. If you believe you have found a security issue, email info@dlvrai.ai — we take reports seriously and will respond.

Content

Text, design and code on this site belong to DLVR AI unless stated otherwise. Client and partner names and logos belong to their owners and appear with permission. The example conversations and figures shown on the site are illustrative, not records of a real client's data.

No guarantees from the website alone

Information on this site is general. A project's scope and price are fixed only in the written plan we give you before work begins.

Working with us

• Every project starts with a one-page scope that states the deliverables, the fixed price and the timeline.
• Unless the agreement says otherwise, you own the code, data and accounts for what we build for you, once paid for.
• Managed services (hosting, maintenance, monitoring) are billed monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. We will hand over your system and documentation in full.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, DLVR AI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Liability for client work is set out in the project agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in Dubai. Client agreements may specify the laws of Manitoba, Canada for Canadian engagements.
