Privacy policy

DLVR AI ("we", "us") operates from Dubai, UAE, with a registered presence in Manitoba, Canada. This policy explains what information we collect through dlvrai.ai, why, and what we do with it. We follow the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law 45 of 2021) and, for Canadian visitors and clients, Canada's PIPEDA.

What we collect

• Contact form. Your name, email address, business name (optional) and the message you write. We use it only to reply to you and to discuss the work you asked about.
• Call requests. If you ask for a call on our booking page: your name, email address, the time window and day you picked, and any note you add. We use it only to confirm the call. If you book through our calendar provider instead, it collects the same details to schedule the meeting.
• Email. If you email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as it is relevant to our relationship.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records standard request logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested — to serve the site and protect it from abuse. Your IP address is also used, briefly, to limit how many messages one sender can submit in a short time. Contact-form logs record only whether a message was accepted or rejected, never what you wrote.
• Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It sets no cookies, does not fingerprint you and does not follow you across other sites.

What we don't do

• We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for their own purposes.
• We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
• We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be on one.

Who processes it

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Contact-form and call-request messages are delivered to our mailbox by a transactional email provider and stored in our email system (Google Workspace). If we offer online booking, our scheduling provider handles the appointment. Each of these providers processes data only to provide its service to us. Some of them store or process data outside the UAE and Canada (for example in the United States); when that happens it is under the provider's data-protection terms, and the same rights described below still apply.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to a project are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and as required by Canadian tax and record-keeping law.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@dlvrai.ai and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our response you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Client systems

Systems we build and host for clients handle data on the client's behalf, under a written agreement with that client. This policy covers dlvrai.ai only.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page.
